Movie Review: He's Just Not That Into You

Sypnosis:
Since the age of 5, Gigi (Ginnifer Goodwin) has been told that when men act like jerks, it means they like her.Years later, Gigi is now struggling to find true love while shifting through men who are simply not interested. After her latest date, Conor (Kevin Connolly), has failed to call her, Gigi visits a bar he said he frequented in order to see him. There, she is approached by Alex (Justin Long), a friend of Conor's who works at the bar. Gigi claims she is waiting for Connor, since she needs to return a dentist's pen to him. However, Alex quickly sees through her lie, claiming Connor's dentist is his father (not the name written on the pen). Gigi admits that Connor is not expecting her, and explains her confusion over his lack of response. Alex tells her that Connor isn't interested, and then takes it upon himself to explain the "signs" to Gigi.Meanwhile, Connor, having just left his date with Gigi, calls his girlfriend Anna (Scarlett Johansson). Anna is shopping in the supermarket and runs into Ben (Bradley Cooper). He tells her to go before him in line, citing an indecision about gum as the reason. Anna tells Connor she has to go, and, as she is checking out, is awarded a cooler as a 1000th visitor gift. The two exchange numbers outside when Ben says he knows someone who can help Anna with her singing career. After a few moments of hesitation, Ben admits that he is married. The two part, and Ben walks over to a car and gets in. Neil (Ben Affleck) then asks Ben what that was about. When Neil returns home, he is greeted by his girlfriend of seven years, Beth (Jennifer Aniston). She announces that her younger sister is getting married. Neil, who is in the kitchen making tea, tells Beth that he doesn't believe in marriage. Beth, who desperately wants to get married to Neil, doesn't understand why he dislikes the idea so much.Ben meets his wife Janine (Jennifer Connelly) back at their new townhouse, currently being renovated.Gigi, excited about the tips Alex gave her, eagerly shares them with her coworkers, Janine and Beth. Gigi explains that if he's interested, he'll make the first move, and if he's not, he won't. When she claims that there are exceptions, but that the majority are not, she unintentionally implies that Neil will never marry Beth, since they have been together for 7 years and they haven't married yet.Beth confronts Neil when she goes home, saying she can't deal with it anymore. When Neil continues to refuse to get married, the two break up.

Movie Review : Paul Blart: Mall Cop

Happy Madison Production had never let us down by producing another great comedy movie : Paul Blart: Mall Cop. Don't judge by the strict look of the main actor in this poster. He doesn't look anything like this in the movie. A very nice movie for a good laugh. (^_^)

Sypnosis:
Paul Blart (Kevin James) is a single, suburban dad trying to make ends meet as a security officer at a New Jersey mall. It's a job he takes very seriously, though no one else does. When Santa's helpers at the mall stages a coup, shutting down the mall and taking in hostages (Paul's daughter and sweetheart amongst them), Jersey's most formidable mall cop will have to become a real cop to save the day.

Looking forward for Brunei's Trip

I can't recall many memories between my cousin and I when we were still young. I only remember I used to hang out at his house during school holidays, went to Jerudong Park with other cousins..

My cousin is getting married next week. Papa, Mama & I will be going to Brunei for his big day. I think it was 4 years ago I stepped my foot in Brunei. I think Papa & Mama are very happy for this trip as this is a chance that they can catch up with families and friends. For me, as I'm into photography now, there are a few places that I would like to go. Hopefully, there is someone who can bring me around the city during my 6 days visit. I want to have some nice shots of Brunei and show to my friends of this peaceful country.

Not to forget Kor will be there two days before the wedding too.

Movie Review : Fast and Furious 4

However they are forced to confront a common enemy, so Dom and Brian must give in to an uncertain new trust if they hope to outmanoeuvre him. The two men go back to doing what they do best - push the limits of what's possible behind the wheel.

Movie Review : Taken

Weekends are usually the days where Dearie and I will go catch a movie, walking around the shopping mall and enjoy a little shopping for clothes, groceries or food. This week, we wanted to watch Fast and Furious 4. While we were at the queue, we had a back-up plan to choose another movie if the seats for the show was full. Yes.. indeed it was almost full. Only left a few rows of seat from the screen. So, we watch "Taken" instead.

It is about Bryan (Liam Neeson), a former secret agent living in the US, reluctantly lets his 17-year-old daughter Kim (Maggie Grace, "Lost") go on holiday to Paris with a friend. Upon arrival in Paris, the two girls meet a seemingly nice young man, Peter who turns out to be a member of an Albanian crime syndicate, promptly kidnapping and forcing them into prostitution. Bryan must rely on his old skills in order to rescue his daughter from the slave trade.

Taken is a very nice movie. There are some some bullet scenes but none hits him. Well, it always happens in the movies, right? Recommended to watch (^_^) By the way, a very sad news is that in real life Liam Neeson's wife passed away on a ski accident. I think it was just before the preview of this movie or something like that..
