Have anyone tried something called meat floss + lotus paste biscuits? Sounds interesting, eh? You can get it at Ching Han Guan Biscuit Shop. It is located at the same row with Yee Hup shop.
Looks good, isn't it? RM 13.80 for 12 pcs
Combination of meat floss with lotus paste filling.. Yummyy..
Another type of meat floss+lotus paste biscuits.. RM 20.00 for 10 pcs
It has black sesame on the skin as to differentiate it with the normal ones..
and what is the difference ??
It has a salted egg yolk.. It comes to a combination of meat floss + lotus paste + salted egg yolk !!
I think people who like salted egg yolk will like this alot..
Bought this too.. meat floss rice crackers.. RM 5.50

The location:
145, Jalan Sultan Iskandar Shah,
Ipoh, Perak.
Tel No : 605-254 5126

Kong Heng Coffee Shop & Funny Mountain Soya Bean

We wanted to go Tin Chun to try the egg custard actually but they were closed on that day. So, we went to Kong Heng istead. Both of these coffeeshops is just next to each another.

Iced white coffee and the normal Iced coffee Other than to try the egg custard from Tin Chun,
Dearie craved for the popiah from Kong Heng too..
I personally prefer the non-fried popiah more than the fried ones.. The auntie in action wrapping the popiahs.. Oh yaa.. they also serve Laksa..
Yikes... Apa itu ????
After mixing well together, it's the sotong kangkung..
Kong Heng Coffee Shop, Ipoh Old TownAfter that, we went to old town to look for this tau fu fa shop... It took us quite some time looking for this place. We had been here once but forgotten the way .. it's very near to the ex-Foh San.. Look at the crowd people queuing to buy the tau fu fa & soya bean.. A little pricey I would say.. costs about RM 1.70 and it's not even full ..
But it is smooth and nice though..

Japanese Fusion, Jusco Arena, Ipoh

The GI Joe movie started at 10.30am.. Yes, we had an early show movie. We didn't want to go other places for breakfast as to avoid the hassles to look for car parking.. looking for seats..etc. etc.. So, we had our breakfast at the foodcourt in Jusco instead. I would say that the foodcourt is very well taken care of.. It's clean, huge, comfortable and they also have a playground for the kids..

I just like this pic.. ^_^
Got seaside feel also, eh?
Iced Tea and Iced Coffee for our drinks
Oyako Don. Haha.. We were having rice for breakfast !! RM 4.70
My order : Special Oyako Don.
What makes it different from the normal Oyako Don is.. it has crabsticks, fish slices and some seaweed strips for toppings.. RM 5.50

Overall, it tasted very good.. just a little salty..
probably, the chef not yet wake up from her sleep, eh?

Hehehe... ^_^

Fifteen Tower Tauge Chicken, Ipoh

Had stopped blogging for many days because I was terribly sick .. fever, sore throat, flu.. well, these are the H1N1 symptoms isn't it? Really scared me to death.. But now, I am doing fine. Things are back to usual, I supposed..

Dearie & I was back to Ipoh last weekend. We tried our best to reached Ipoh early that night so that we can make it to go to Zui Xiang Cun Food Court for our late dinner. Dearie had been to this place a few years ago and had told me they have Nga Choy Kai (Bean sprouts chicken) and also the chicken feet they served is very yummy. I doubted about it because by judging the environment and the food court, really got good food there meh? It looks like there is no one visiting the place. My perception started to change after reading a blog about this place. And we went !!

Indeed the chicken feet tasted really good.
Believe it or not, it is good until I want to lick the gravy on the plate !!

The second dish that came to the table is the Nga Choy..
Ipoh is famous for it's bean sprouts. They said the water that they use is the wonder of the fattening beans sprouts.

Finally, the chicken is here.. the chicken tasted very smooth & tender..
I seriously think that it is better than the famous Lou Wong Nga Choy Kai..
The dry version of the Hor Fun (Flat Rice Noodles)
Don't judge by the look that it looks light and tasteless.. I guess they use light soy sauce for this. I opted for the soup version. The hor fun is so smooth that you almost requires no chewing and it will just slither down to your throat. The soup tasted very sweet.. probably it's because of the chicken bones they use for the soup, eh?
Fiften Tower Tauge Chicken ... I wonder why they call themselves Fiften Tower.. Hhmm..

I don't really know the exact address of this place. All I know is near Buntong, near the bus station and also the Medan Kidd ...

Laugh with me Lee Lee

Had a quick lunch with 2 colleagues today. And I do not want to go back to the office to face my PC so fast.. I went to Parkson alone and jalan-jalan to see if anything caught my attention. They have the new Benefit catalogue at the counter. Quickly grab one and walk out fast, as I do not want the promoter to promote their products to me. Just in case I'll fall in love with their products ;-)

While walking back to the office and browsing through the catalogue, saw this new product. The new Cresent Row collection...There are 3 new scent.. I lurve it that they usually have fancy-fancy name to their products.. One is 'Something about Sofia' , 'My Place or Yours Gina" and LAUGH WITH ME LEE LEE ...

I smile.. My blog title : Live, Love, Laugh and Lee Lee is my best friend back in Miri.. And to match it together...There you go .. Laugh with me Lee Lee ..

Marche Restauarant @ The Curve

We went to Marché Restauarant @ The Curve for Dylan's 5th Birthday celebration. This is Dearie & my first time to Marché Restauarant. Not knowing how it is going to be like.. I surfed for some blogs and got to know it is actually a market in a restaurant. Marché (Mar-shay) means "market" in French. It is a creative, colorful and innovative restaurant concept developed by the Swiss-based Mövenpick Group.

There are 8 theme seatings namely The Boulevard, Locanda, Swiss Auberge, Poterie, Mediterranean Garden, Pergola, Brasserie and Lounge area. Brother booked the seats at Locanda theme. The seats are limited for now because they are undergoing a renovation. They had closed the Boulevard, Pergola, Brasserie, Bar and Lounge areas.. So, if you are thinking to go this place soon, maybe you can consider to wait till they had completed their renovation?

All thanks to Brother & Sis-in-law for inviting us to have a chance to visit this place for a free dinner.. Hehehe.. Let's look at the photos, shall we?

The decoration at the Locanda dining area.
Upon entry to the restaurant, you will be greeted by Marché 's staffs and each person will be given a Marché passport. On the front of the card, it is a simple introduction of Marché ...
There are many boxes on behind of the card. It is for you to collect the stamps (code number of the food) of the food you order at the market. Make sure you do not lost your Marché passport or else you will be fined RM 200 and that will go donation for charity !!
