Trip to Bangkok - Day 2 (ChatuchaK)

Day 2 - Chatuchak / Cabbages & Condoms / Suan Lum Night Bazaar / Foot Massage

As usual, the hotel provides breakfast. Nothing fancy for the breakfast. They serve normal breakfast that has fried rice, noodles, porridge, sausages, pasta, bread, eggs, juices, coffee & tea, etc. Then we went back to the room to have a shower and get ready for the day.

Let's talk about Chatuchak first. We walked to the nearest BTS station (15 mins) which is the Chit Lom station. From there, we need to go to Mo Chit station that costs us 35 Baht which is about 15 mins journey. The BTS is very comfortable and convenient. They also have LCD screens to display the next station and also some product advertisement. Finally, we reached Mo Chit station and walked about 5 mins to Chatuchak.
'
After 15 mins walk, finally we reached Chit Lom station.

Trip to Bangkok - Day 1

After waiting for so many months, the day had came and our luggages were all packed getting ready to Bangkok, Thailand. Headed to LCCT by taxi that costs us RM 70.00 for the taxi fare. Jess was the first reaching LCCT and waited for us in front of Mc Donald's. Our departure time was at 8.55pm for two hours flight and reach Bangkok at 9.55pm (Bangkok time)
'
While waiting for departure at the Gate ..
Due to Virus H1N1, we wore a mask all the way from AirAsia plane to Suvarnabhumi Bangkok Airport to protect ourselves ..
Check-in to Bangkok City Inn, Bangkok. The hotel does not let us down for the price paid. The hotel is clean and comfy. We do not have high expectation for this hotel though .. The bed that I slept for 4 nights .. They have a TVand mini bar to store your cold beverages
There are 2 face towels, 2 hand towels, shower cap, cotton bud, shower gel, shampoo, soap and toilet rolls provided in the bathroom ..
We reach the hotel around 11.oopm which was very late. We walked to nearby 7-11 to buy a few bottles of mineral water, coke, Orange twister and 2 cheese sausages. Everyone was tired so we went to bed after that.. Get ready for Chatuchak for Day 2 !!

FSS Bowling Tournament 2009

FSS Club had organized a bowling tournament for the cost center. It is just the next day after the arrival of my flight from Brunei. Imagine that I reached home at 1.30 am .. went to bed at 2.15am.. and woke up at 6.15am to get ready to work.. Only a few hours of sleep, I was darn sleepy and tired on that day. Day time was still ok but till evening.. I really miss my bed so much that I wish so much to go home. But at the same time, I wanted to support our FSS Club for the first outing. Even though tired, but I had a good time.

By the way, Fantastic Five won the first prize. I wasn't a good player in the team. I did really bad in the first game but had a lot of improvement in the second game.. Probably I was just lucky.. Hehehe (^_^)
