Ka-Ka Bakkuteh nearby Jusco, Kepong

After the movie, it was evening and it was time for dinner. We went to Ka Ka Bakkutteh at Kepong. It is just located somewhere very near to Jusco, Kepong.

Ka Ka Bakkutteh used to sell their bakkutteh by the roadside, very atap roadside stall.. but now they had moved into a shoplot which is also at the same location. They served very delicious bakkutteh.. Of course we ordered 'pai guat, sau yuk' Love it..

Hanging around One U again to catch a movie, Drag Me To Hell. It was a horrow movie and at the same time a little hilarious.. I was terrified in a few scenes.. got shocked by the sound system. Grabbing Dearie's hand, holding tight.. so you can imagine how kan cheong it is.. Recommended to watch!!

Before that, we went to for a tea break at this newly open : ' I LOVE YOO! '

Dinner at Chili's, One Utama

Supposed to blog this earlier but because of my laziness to upload the photos from my mobile phone.. this is it.. some photos 2 weeks back.

After watching 2 movies, A Night At The Museum 2 and Monster vs. Alien (3D) on 06.06.2009, we had dinner at Chilis, One U. When waiting for the food to be served, took some photos.. shots taken by SE K800i

Chocolate Moist Cake

Made Chocolate Moist Cake on last Sunday. This time I made this cake alone. The previous try was during CNY with Dearie in Ipoh's home. I wonder this recipe is copyrights reserved from Dearie's mom. Hehe.. anyway, if got good things sure have to share right...

Here is the recipe..

Cream Together
12 oz (340g) - Castor Sugar
6 oz (170g) - Butter
3 nos - Eggs

Sieve Together
8 oz (227g) - Flour
2 1/4 oz (65g) - Cocoa Powder
1 tsp - Nescafe
1 tsp - Baking Powder
1/2 tsp - Soda Bicarbonate

1 1/3 cup - Water
1 tbsp - Brandy (Optional)

For Creaming (Optional)
1 bar - Cookiing chocolate
1 tbsp - Butter

Method:
1. Beat castor sugar and butter until fluffy. Then add in egg one at a time.
2. Add in all the ingredients that had sieved together spoon by spoon. Then, add in water alternately and mix well. Then the flour mixture again .. then water again.. mix well again.. till finish.
3. After it is done, then pour the mixture in the cake tin.
4. Bake in pre-heated oven at 250 degrees for around 40 mins.

Castor Sugar

Flour Butter (Actually I put all the butter instead of 170gm)
3 eggs Cocoa Powder Baking Powder Soda Bicarbonate

Getting ready : Butter & Sugar

After it looks like this, add in eggs
Then add Flour, Cocoa Powder, Baking Powder, S.Bicarbonate (actually i dont put nescafe)
Add in flour, then add water.. flour mixture again.. then water again..

The cake half way raising in the oven.. Looks so leng chai..

After 40 mins, test with the cake tester.. once done, take it out from oven and wait to cool...

This is it..after cutting into pieces..

USB MINI FAN

Last Saturday, Dearie & I went to One Utama to catch 2 movies. After the 2nd movie, actually is a cartoon, Monster vs. Alien (3D), it was still early for dinner so we walked around the shopping mall and went into Parkson. Saw a DJ was asking simple-simple questions regarding Parkson and if you answered correctly you got a free gift !!!! I tried to answer 1 question (I can't remember what did he ask already!!!) and answered it correctly. He then passed me a gift nicely wrapped with Parkson's wrapping paper. I've got this !!!

Lego, Suria KLCC

A good thing working in KLCC is you get to know the on-goings / happening stuffs at the Concourse Floor, Suria KLCC. This time, I think it's because of the school holidays, Lego is doing a promotion at the Concourse Floor. Many people taking photographs and many kids running here and there.
