Trip to Bangkok - Day 2 (Cabbages & Condoms)

After Chatuchak, we went back to our hotel for a good shower : too much sweating at Chatuchak!!! We went to Cabbages & Condoms as planned. It is located at Soi 12, Sukhuvmit. The taxi driver had never been this place so when we reached Soi 12, we all looked around for the restaurant. Finally, we found it!!!

We were excited to be in front of the restaurant. A 'guai-poh' helped us to take this group picture. The outdoor ambience at the restaurant is great. It rained a little so after we had ordered our food and a few photo shots, the waitress asked us to move into the indoor seats.

After having our dinner here, we took a taxi and a tuk-tuk to Suan Lum Night Bazaar. From the blogs that I had read, they said that this place is the night version of Chatuchak. Well, in my personal opinion, this place is not worth going. The prices were all marked-up. Nothing special at this place. After an hour, we left and went back to our hotel.

Reaching the hotel, we asked the hotel person if there is a good massage nearby the hotel. As it was late, he said the nearest massage shop had closed so he offered another place instead. He said it was GOOD. So, we agreed to go to that place and had a foot massage. It wasn't that cheap.. it was 300 Baht. And the lady massagers requested TIPS!! I had a bad experience there where Dearie wouldn't stop scolding me after that... ARrrrghhhh... an unforgettable night !!!
