Chocolate Moist Cake

Made Chocolate Moist Cake on last Sunday. This time I made this cake alone. The previous try was during CNY with Dearie in Ipoh's home. I wonder this recipe is copyrights reserved from Dearie's mom. Hehe.. anyway, if got good things sure have to share right...

Here is the recipe..

Cream Together
12 oz (340g) - Castor Sugar
6 oz (170g) - Butter
3 nos - Eggs

Sieve Together
8 oz (227g) - Flour
2 1/4 oz (65g) - Cocoa Powder
1 tsp - Nescafe
1 tsp - Baking Powder
1/2 tsp - Soda Bicarbonate

1 1/3 cup - Water
1 tbsp - Brandy (Optional)

For Creaming (Optional)
1 bar - Cookiing chocolate
1 tbsp - Butter

Method:
1. Beat castor sugar and butter until fluffy. Then add in egg one at a time.
2. Add in all the ingredients that had sieved together spoon by spoon. Then, add in water alternately and mix well. Then the flour mixture again .. then water again.. mix well again.. till finish.
3. After it is done, then pour the mixture in the cake tin.
4. Bake in pre-heated oven at 250 degrees for around 40 mins.

Castor Sugar

Flour Butter (Actually I put all the butter instead of 170gm)
3 eggs Cocoa Powder Baking Powder Soda Bicarbonate
The tools..

Getting ready : Butter & Sugar

After it looks like this, add in eggs
Then add Flour, Cocoa Powder, Baking Powder, S.Bicarbonate (actually i dont put nescafe)
Add in flour, then add water.. flour mixture again.. then water again..
The cake half way raising in the oven.. Looks so leng chai..
After 40 mins, test with the cake tester.. once done, take it out from oven and wait to cool...
This is it..after cutting into pieces..
